Mobility Integration Management

The Mobility Integration Management Platform (MIM) is the core of site-specific mobility operations and serves as the foundation for accessing all mobility services, including parking spaces and charging stations. With the MIM platform, all mobility services can be reserved, used, and invoiced. Subscriptions with mobility allowances are managed in real-time and individually for each user, providing predictability for everyday mobility needs.

The platform offers an optimal combination of push (parking) and pull measures (shared fleet).

Today, every real-estate development requires careful mobility planning to ensure climate protection and sustainable operation. It is crucial to define and balance parking spaces and mobility services individually and manage them throughout the lifecycle of the project. The more thoughtfully the mobility concept is designed, the fewer investments are needed in parking spaces, allowing more financial resources to be allocated to sustainable mobility services.

Mobility Integration Management

Offers mobility solutions from one app, reliably meeting current and future mobility requirements.

The MOBILITY APP

The Mobility Integration Management App offers mobility solutions from a single platform, reliably meeting both current and future mobility demands.

The MIM App is a central booking and billing platform that consolidates all relevant mobility services, including dynamic parking management. This integration helps effectively avoid vacancies and reduces the number of required parking spaces. The shared use can also result in a higher number of charging sessions, leading to better utilization of charging infrastructure. The primary focus of the MIM App is to provide individual benefits through flexible and adaptable mobility service subscriptions.

For district management, the MIM platform offers the ability to manage users' mobility and thereby achieve the project’s modal split targets.

Mobility Subscriptions

Subscriptions with mobility allowances are managed in real-time and tailored to each user, providing predictability for everyday mobility needs. The MIM app is available for residents, employees, and visitors in the development. Users can book and use parking spaces for private cars and access shared mobility services. The option to reserve these services well in advance makes MIM the solution for flexible and sustainable urban mobility—whether with or without a personal vehicle.
